Atiku Abubakar will challenge the results of the presidential election, according to the spokesman of the Presidential Campaign Committee, Dino Melaye.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate finished second behind the winner Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the polls.
And former Kogi Senator Melaye has stated that the party will not relent in its decision to retrieve its mandate that was stolen.

The flamboyant politician called Tinubu’s victory a grave injustice and called on Nigerians and the PDP followers not to be over recent developments associated with the last general polls.
Melaye said: “A clarion call on all Atiku’s supporters all over the world not to be perturbed. Weeping may tarry till night but joy cometh in the morning.
“This grave injustice shall not stand. The battle to retrieve our stolen mandate is a battle of no retreat, no surrender. We shall overcome.”
