British-Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua has reacted after Tyson Fury called him a sausage, among other insults, ahead of his forthcoming fight with Oleksandr Usyk.
Fury hurled invectives at Joshua while speaking on his scheduled battle with Usyk on May 18, which will see one of them become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.
After Fury previewed his clash with Usyk, he was asked whether he was worried by Joshua’s resurgent form and said: “I just want to say, AJ is a big fat sausage.”
He then corrected himself to say: “Should I say a big useless sausage?” Before turning to the camera and saying: “AJ, I know it’s been rattling your cage, you big useless sausage.

“When I beat this guy [Usyk] who beat you twice I think, get up!” Fury added.
In response to the Gipsy King’s taunts, Joshua acknowledged that Fury’s trash talk affects him and hinted that he would use it as “fuel” against him should they ever cross paths.
“This is one of my rivals; this is someone I want to compete with one day,” Joshua said on the Jonathan Ross Show when asked about Fury calling him a ‘sausage’ among other insults.
“So everything he says, I’ve got it all stored in the back of my memory, and when the fight happens, I’m going to use it as a lot of fuel.” The boxer added.
