Tottenham Hotspur moved five points clear up at the Premier League table after a dramatic 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace on Friday evening.
After a goalless first half, James Maddison’s deflected shot in the second half gave the hosts the lead with 1-0 at the end of the first half.
Son Heung-Min made a fine team move to make it 2-0.
Jordan Ayew got one back for Palace FC in added time, but it was all they could manage.
With the win, Tottenham now have 26 points to Arsenal’s 21 and Manchester City’s 21. Arsenal will host Sheffield United on Saturday while Mancity will host Manchester United on Sunday.
