“No be all of us be ashawo” – Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo says

Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo, has faulted claims that most actresses prostitute to fund their expensive lifestyles.

In a post shared on her Instastories, Uche stated that some actresses are hardworking and respect their bodies.

She wrote:

“Bullets flying up and down since! Haaa! Make una calm down! No be all of us be ashawo. Some still dey wey be hardworkers! Decent and respect their bodies!”

Uche’s recent statement comes on the heels of claims by on-air personality, Nedu that many ladies get on Big Brother Naija (BNaija) reality TV show to sell Kpekus (Nigerian slang for the female private part).

Nedu made the statement during his podcast with former BBNaija housemate Doyin.

He said most female participants who become famous from the show lack the substance to maintain the momentum.
