Heirs Holdings, a pan-African proprietary investment business, has announced the launching of a new subsidiary, Heirs Technologies Limited
The company’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Emmanuel Nnorom, in a release seen by News.ng on Monday, claimed that the new division is on a mission to enable Africa’s digital revolution by providing creative, regionally specific solutions.
The Lagos-based company said that it will offer a range of value-added services, including managed services for IT operations and business process outsourcing, as well as IT consulting, which includes advisory services, business transformation, system integration, licencing, and partnerships.
Tony Elumelu, chairman of Heir Holdings, commenting on the development said that Heirs Technologies’ rise is a critical turning point in their quest to hasten advancement for coming generations in Africa.
“The introduction of Heirs Technologies marks a significant milestone in our journey towards accelerating progress for future generations across Africa.
“Technology has the power to catalyse development, and we are committed to harnessing this potential to unlock new innovations that will improve lives and transform our continent,” he said.
Heirs Holdings was founded in 2010 by Tony O. Elumelu and is headquartered in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Commenting on the development, Nnorom said:
“We are embarking on a journey fueled by innovation and driven by purpose. Our mission isn’t solely about creating products; it’s about shaping the future of technology, one groundbreaking solution at a time.”
“The launch of Heirs Technologies reaffirms Heirs Holdings’ steadfast commitment to investing in sectors that provide long-term returns and have the ability to transform Africa’s economy”
Last year, Heirs Holdings Oil & Gas, a subsidiary of Hiers Holdings, revealed a significant rebranding. Its new name, Heirs Energies Limited, and new logo colour scheme bolster the objective of providing sustainable energy to Africa’s distinct demands.
