Nigerian singer Cynthia Morgan has relegated her music career to become a prophetess for God.
The artist disclosed in a post via Instagram that she had the gift of prophecy from birth, even though her family did not support her gift.

“I was born a prophet. But was born into a Jehovah witness home. And their belief is that Jesus was the last prophet, so they don’t believe there will be prophets till the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ. This was also my belief at the time. So I kept my gift to myself. Only my immediate family knew about it,” part of her post read.
Cynthia also disclosed that after opposition from her family, she decided to go into the music industry with the goal of winning a Grammy.

She said:
“At 16, I went into music thinking my gift of prophecy was a fluke thinking it would stop. At 25 I realized it wasn’t going anywhere. I struggled with God, begging him I had to win a Grammy before I accepted my calling proper.”
Now the singer stated that she has finally realised her calling, and that is why she has not been prominent in the music industry.
